We use contact and shipping details, purchased items and totals, payment/order references and messages you send us to process payments, fulfill orders, provide support and send order emails. Optional email signup is used for marketing.

We collect device/browser information and identifiers, page URLs and referrals, campaign/ad-click data, and browsing, checkout and purchase events for analytics and advertising measurement. Where available, hashed purchaser email/phone identifiers support advertising attribution.

We disclose relevant information to payment processors, fulfillment partners, email service providers, hosting/database providers and advertising partners for these purposes. Advertising partners may collect online activity over time and across websites, apps and other services for personalized advertising and measurement.

Cookies and browser storage support carts, checkout, presentation and analytics. At page load, our advertising integration does not start when your browser exposes enabled Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals. First-party analytics does not start when Do Not Track is enabled, but is not disabled by Global Privacy Control. These controls do not delete previously collected information.

Use the unsubscribe option in marketing emails or contact us to opt out. Unsubscribing does not erase local records or stop order emails. Retention depends on record type, order/support needs and accounting/legal obligations. We post updates and their effective date here, with additional notice where required.

Request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery. Original product packaging must be unopened and untampered with, with any seals intact. Email hello@poutly.store with your order information before mailing anything. The business mailing address below is not an authorized return address.

We do not charge a restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns and exchanges. Eligible refunds cover the amount paid for the returned item and applicable refundable taxes, paid to the original payment method. Exchanges depend on availability; if unavailable, we will discuss an alternative or refund.

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with the issue and order information. Poutly covers necessary return postage for confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items. The unopened-packaging condition does not prevent reporting these issues.

The voluntary 30-day window does not limit your statutory rights. Nothing here excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

U.S. orders only. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. Return postage is addressed above. Provide an accurate address and contact hello@poutly.store for shipping help.

If shipment is delayed beyond the stated or legally required time, we will provide required notice and options to accept a revised shipment date or cancel for a refund. Unfulfilled orders will be canceled and refunded as required by law.

These policies apply to purchases at poutly.store. Prices are in U.S. dollars; review your checkout total. Contact us promptly for order corrections or cancellations. Read product information and directions before use. Shade and finish vary with lighting, screens and lip tone. Applicable consumer rights remain unchanged.
